Our Digital Booth Experience is designed to be self-service. We deliver the booth to your venue, set everything up, test it and give you a quick run-through before your event begins.

From there, guests simply tap the screen, capture their photos, GIFs or Boomerangs and share them directly to their phones. The booth is easy to use and available for guests to enjoy throughout your booked hire period.

Digital Booth hire starts at $125 per hour with a 3-hour minimum.

The Digital Booth is ideal for birthdays, house parties, engagement parties, baby showers, school events, corporate functions and relaxed celebrations where you want an interactive photo experience with the flexibility to keep things simple or add extras to suit your event.

Equipment and Hire Items

A security bond is not required for most standard Digital Booth bookings.

Mischief & Memories Photo Booths may request a discretionary refundable security bond for selected bookings where there is an increased risk of equipment damage, loss or misuse. This may include, but is not limited to:

• 18th birthday celebrations

• 21st birthday celebrations

• Schoolies bookings

• Events with large numbers of unsupervised guests

• Events where alcohol consumption, venue conditions or the nature of the event may increase the risk to our equipment

Where a security bond is required, the amount and payment requirements will be clearly advised before the booking is confirmed.

Responsibility for Hire Equipment

The client accepts responsibility for all equipment and hire items supplied by Mischief & Memories Photo Booths from the time setup is completed until the equipment is collected by us.

This may include:

• Photo booth and iPad

• Booth stand and lighting

• Power supplies and cables

• Signage and accessories

• Printer and printing equipment, where selected

• Backdrops

• Props

• Furniture

• Audio Guest Book equipment

• Any other equipment or hire items supplied as part of the booking

Normal wear and tear is expected and will not result in additional charges.

However, the client may be responsible for reasonable repair, replacement or cleaning costs where equipment or hire items are:

• Lost, stolen or removed from the venue

• Damaged, vandalised or deliberately misused

• Exposed to rain, water, excessive heat or unsuitable weather conditions

• Moved or relocated without permission

• Used contrary to the instructions provided

• Returned requiring excessive cleaning

Excessive cleaning may include cleaning required because of food, drinks, smoke, makeup, glitter, confetti, mud or other substances beyond normal event use.

Some electronic equipment, backdrops and specialty hire items have significant repair or replacement costs. Where damage or loss occurs, the client may be charged the reasonable cost of repair, cleaning or replacement.

Where a security bond has been paid, reasonable costs may be deducted from the bond. If the cost exceeds the bond amount, the remaining balance may be invoiced to the client.

Where no security bond has been requested, the client remains responsible for reasonable repair, replacement or excessive cleaning costs resulting from loss, damage, negligence or misuse during the hire period.

Any refundable security bond will be returned after the equipment has been collected and inspected, provided all supplied items are accounted for, in good working order and no excessive cleaning or damage has been identified.

By booking the Digital Booth Experience, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Equipment and Hire Items terms.
